oookay, instead of sitting home watching tv, we went out again with dad (:
met him at city hall mrt, then walked to national library.
then ate at han's, the cafe below library then took some pictures,
and omg there was a dead COCKROACH in the plant beside us. i would never have noticed it, but yonquan was trying to take some rock from the plant when he almost screamed after seeing the cockroach.
i ordered turkey, yongquan ordered dory fillet and dad ordered salmon,
in the end salmon was the nicest cause, most expensive.
but all were nice anyway. (:
then went up to library, borrowed like 15 comics, stuffed them into our bag then went, bugis junction. and saw another christmas treeee. and lots of gift stores also, one pen-thingy costs, $8?!
and another christmas tree right outside bugis junction,
then we walked to bugis street, explored the whole place while trying to find a birthday gift for nigel. aaaand i got stuff to buy too.
walk walk until somehow, we got to the third floor where it was totally empty, the escalator ended at an exit sign. so we walked, no choice but to take the stairs down.
then there was this bunch of ahlians, supposedly smoking then we came from behind them,
dad said "hello, excuuuuuuuuuuuse me pleaseeeeeeeee" like in those kind of talking to babies tone. and they just said "it's..okay haha" is it cause they're really nice, or cause of my dad? hmmm.
then had enough of bugis street cause we were sweating like dogs, so decided to head home.
but not before buying ICE CREAMMMMMMMMMm.
milk tea flavour somemore. first time i ever tasted suchathing.
oh, and the auntie was kind cause we were like her last customer so she was extra generous with the toppings, put until alot fell off.
it's like a four dollar fifty cent frozen bubble tea with chocolate chips, but NICER. (:
then mrt,
saw this whole bunch of gays, one was wearing some tight white starry colourful shirt with tight berms and a cap, and those funky specs. then another one wearing some sleeveless jacket-thingy, and dangly earrings. DANGLY EARRINGS?! wtf.
and they talked and sounded like gays too. about 5 of them.
and reached home saw mom's new cupboard thingy, helped her to carry it in the house.
